Rachel Carter PR has been slowing down in recent months and not accepting new clients due to the time sensitive work of VERMONT: An Explorer’s Guide and the summer nuptials of Rachel Carter with her long-standing love, event partner, and best friend, Vermont special educator, Mitch Pauley. Rachel Carter PR will be closed for the summer and re-opening on a part time basis in the fall so Rachel can complete her work on Vermont’s premier guidebook.
